(UPDATE) THE Senate passed on third and final reading the proposed Konektadong Pinoy Act (KPA) that aims to improve the country's internet connection, which is one of the slowest and most expensive in the region.
The senators on Wednesday approved Senate Bill (SB) 2699 which encouraged more local and foreign investments to improve internet infrastructure.
