She didn’t stop there. Magkawas fully understood the potential of a strong digital presence and made her brand active across multiple online channels. She utilized a website as well as various social media and e-commerce platforms to market her products and boost the brand’s visibility.
Having a strong digital footprint made it easier to tap into other markets. Magkawas said offering vouchers and launching promotions such as payday sales further helped boost profits. She also mentioned that consistent engagement with her followers has been essential for keeping the brand in the spotlight.
For Magkawas, the secret to a thriving business lay in honesty and integrity. She stressed how crucial it was to listen to consumer feedback in order to spot areas for improvement and to keep products aligned with changing trends.
During her speech at The Manila Times forum, titled “Forging transformative businesses from innovative enterprises,” Magkawas shared, “We really value our integrity. [As for] my social media presence, I make sure to regularly post videos even if it gets tiring. Then, there’s continuous collaborations.”
She explained that as long as one remained honest about one’s products and ensured their quality, consumers would give their trust and would become brand believers.
In pursuit of continuous growth and innovation, Magkawas expressed interest in venturing into pharmaceuticals. She revealed that the Luxe Beauty & Wellness Group would soon be unveiling its own vitamin E brand called Anna E and a pregnancy test kit called Sure Early, which was still very aligned with the brand’s mission of improving lives through health and wellness.
Truly, the Luxe Beauty & Wellness Group has grown from offering one product to being a home to three brands — Luxe Skin, Luxe Slim and Luxe Cosmetics — consciously redefining what it meant to be beautiful, confident and healthy.
