Belmonte vows full cooperation with ICI

Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte assured the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) of full cooperation as it investigates fraudulent flood control projects involving the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and corrupt politicians.

On September 11, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. created the ICI through Executive Order 94. The three-member ad hoc fact-finding commission was tasked to investigate the flood control scam.
