MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Depression Verbena is about to make landfall over Surigao del Sur, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Monday.
Nathaniel Servando, Pagasa administrator, said “Verbena” maintained its strength and was estimated over the coastal waters of Bayabas town, moving westward at 25 kilometers per hour (kph).
