One to two storms likely in December – Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines —The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) expects one to two tropical cyclones to develop or enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) in December.

There is a probability of near-normal to above-normal amount of rainfall during the same period, Pagasa administrator Nathaniel Servando said.
