During its recent tree lighting ceremony, Citadines Bay City Manila celebrated seven years of successful operations, along with its latest set of awards. American travel website TripAdvisor recognized the property as the No. 1 Hotel in Pasay City while its all-day dining outlet Bay City Café ranked third out of 512 restaurants in the area.

Moreover, Citadines Bay City Manila was awarded the “Excellence in Tourism—Hotel/B&B Category” recognition at the Global Tourism Excellence Awards 2025.

Alongside the awards, the property team takes pride in being a valuable member of the community and in helping those in need.

The property joined hands with GEN4Juan Cares Inc., a nongovernmental organization dedicated to uplifting communities through strategic engagement in the church, environment, youth and elderly sectors. Citadines Bay City Manila and GEN4Juan partnered to create and sell handcrafted ornaments for the benefit of KaJuan Training Center.
