Pottery molds dreams for families in La Union

SAN JUAN, La Union – Pots bought from the Taboc Mannamili Association in this town are more than just clay products that can be bought as souvenirs, as each of them symbolizes the dreams of the members of the community.

Ana Casison, 66, and her husband Danilo, owners of Dan’s Pottery and members of the association, dreamed of providing for the needs of their three children; hence, aside from their regular jobs, they engaged in pot making as their side hustle.
