ISABELA CITY, Basilan — The city government of Isabela de Basilan has unveiled its innovative DAH Floating Garden, coinciding with the celebration of the successful completion of the 120-day supplementary feeding program for undernourished children aged 6 to 59 months.
The unveiling formed part of the 2025 Culminating Activity of the city’s flagship child nutrition initiative, Mangan Para Alasig (Eat to Be Healthy), implemented by the City Population Management and Development Office (CPMDO) in Barangay Carbon.
