Through the Department of Science and Technology’s Small Enterprise Technology Upgrading Program (DOST-Setup) under its Innovation Fund (iFUND), RNB Rice Mill, owned by Nelson Balesoro, has modernized its harvesting and threshing operations with the acquisition of a mechanical harvester.
