BARN House 2085 is serving as a launchpad for a beloved bakeshop and restaurant chain’s expansion, joining Clark’s high-end lineup of dining spots along Cardinal Santos Street.

Barn by Conti’s, a restaurant concept by Conti’s Bakeshop and Restaurant, formally opened its doors on Feb. 10, marking the chain’s first foray outside the homegrown brand. EightAte8 Holdings Inc., the team behind Conti’s, developed Barn by Conti’s specifically for the barn house, designing a menu fit for Clark’s diverse community.

Going beyond Conti’s classics such as their cakes and dinner meals, Barn by Conti’s features a wide array of drinks, from coffee to cocktails.

Clark Development Corp. (CDC) Chairman Edgardo Pamintuan celebrated the launch.

The century-old barn houses are a key part of Clark’s rich history, with the distinct architecture designed to circulate breeze, bringing a cool escape to the tropical heat.

CDC, under the leadership of President and CEO Agnes Devanadera, has turned these breezy barn houses into community hot spots, creating a unique experience that blends the storied past with the vibrant present.

Garcia said the success of Barn by Conti’s will pave the way for further development of the concept.
