ON Feb. 18, 2026, we sent you a demand letter asking for the corrections published in your news article dated Feb. 13, 2026 titled, "HSAC overturns zoning approval for 15-story Mandaluyong condo project." As discussed in our demand letter dated Feb. 18, 2026 which you received the following day, or on Feb. 19, 2026, the following were falsely reported: a) that the 15-story project is a "blatant" violation of restrictions; b) that the townhouses located at 56 Tinio St., is company-owned by the joint venture partner Profriends; and c) that there is a permanent enjoinment of construction issued over the project, Weecomm Centre.
