IWG Philippines Country Manager Rowena Bravo- Natividad pursued her studies in accountancy under the premise that it would lead to wealth. However, what she earned was greater than wealth; she earned discipline, attention to detail and the ability to understand how money moves in business. Her sleepless nights, endless coffee and countless ledgers built the foundation for everything she knows about finance and leadership today.

Throughout her journey, Bravo-Natividad had the opportunity to work in various industries. While the shifting industries posed challenges, they were also avenues for growth. For example, she learned fast cash flow management and meticulous cost control under the hotel sector. In government work, she learned to value accountability, transparency and the rigid necessity of regulatory compliance in public service. The information technology sector taught her the importance of agility and how to innovate with finance while venture capital demanded strategic thinking, comprehensive compliance and valuation expertise.
