BSP gets a nod for its strong and adaptive reserve management

AMID the global energy crisis further aggravated by geopolitical unrest, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has been lauded for its excellence in reserve management through the Reserve Manager award at the Central Banking Awards 2026.

BSP Governor Eli Remolona Jr. said in a statement that the central bank continues to be prudent, risk-based and forward-looking in managing reserves to protect the nation’s financial stability.
