LARGE-SCALE, master-planned townships are rising across Cavite, as developers push beyond the established eastern corridors into emerging areas along the Antero Soriano highway on the province’s western coast. Megaworld Cavite Head of Sales and Marketing Eugene Lozano highlighted this trend at a media briefing on April 23.

“Most developments in Cavite are on the eastern side, closer to Metro Manila, like Bacoor, Imus, and Dasmariñas, because these areas were developed earlier and are more accessible,” Lozano said. “The Antero Soriano area is newer, but it is now growing because of improving roads and its coastal location.”
