(UPDATE) MANILA Mayor Isko Moreno admitted on Monday that his government was faced with the “problem” of helping residents affected by last week’s fire of recovering “soon” but assured them that there was “a plan” and hoped to bring some “good news” to the victims.
Speaking at the city’s weekly flag ceremony, Moreno said the city government was already preparing measures to help “within the day” more than 2,000 displaced residents after the fire that struck Binondo.
