MANILA, Philippines — Typhoon Domeng is expected to bring more rain as it continues to move north-northwestward over the sea east of Batanes with maximum sustained winds of 120 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of up to 150 kph, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Sunday.

Weather specialist Veronica Torres said the typhoon’s trough or extension has been bringing overcast skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms in Central Luzon, Cagayan, and Isabela.
