TOP Bank Philippines Inc. has entered into a partnership with UnionPay, marking a key milestone in the bank’s commitment to digital innovation, global connectivity, and inclusive banking for Filipinos across all income segments — from affluent clients to underserved communities.

The Membership and Trademark License Agreement was signed by Ismael Sandig, Top Bank president and CEO, and Dr. Jian Jiangtao, UnionPay Southeast Asia managing director.

The newly launched Top Bank UnionPay Debit Card connects customers to one of the world’s largest payment networks.
