NUVALI Estate has achieved a major sustainability milestone after Lakeside and East Bloc earned Berde 5-Star Certification under Berde Districts Version 1.0.0 for Stage 1 and Stage 2 from the Philippine Green Building Council (PHILGBC).

The recognition marks the first time districts within an Ayala Land estate have received the coveted certifications. It reinforces Nuvali’s role as a pioneer in sustainable and master-planned urban development, as well as its position in that industry in Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon).
