CITADINES Salcedo Makati celebrated its 12th anniversary on May 29, marking more than a decade of serviced residence living in the Philippines. As the first Citadines property in the country, it opened in 2014 and helped establish the foundation for the brand’s continued growth.
Held under the theme “12 Years, Where Legacy Lives,” the celebration recognized the property’s pioneering role in shaping the Citadines experience in the Philippines. For Citadines Salcedo Makati, the number 12 represents completeness, harmony and renewal.
To meet changing guest preferences, the property introduced enhanced suites and amenities as part of an ongoing refurbishment project. Selected studio and one-bedroom apartments now feature upgraded mattresses, pillows, furnishings, lighting, fixtures and in-room comforts.
The serviced residence combines contemporary interiors with Filipino artistry through framed works by local artists, Capiz accents and curated lighting. Guests may also enjoy facilities for short or extended stays, including a self-service laundrette, fitness center and 25-meter lap pool overlooking the Makati skyline.
Located in Salcedo Village, the property offers access to Makati’s business district, restaurants, cafés and lifestyle destinations.
The property also highlighted its sustainability initiatives. Through its partnership with ACEN RES, Citadines Salcedo Makati now operates on 100-percent renewable energy.
