HOTEL101-DAVAO is set to open on July 30, bringing 519 rooms to Davao City and positioning itself as the largest hotel in Mindanao. Located on a 5,384-square-meter property along Eco West Drive, the hotel is a short walk from SM City Ecoland Davao.

The property will feature an all-day dining HBNB Kitchen operated by a concessionaire, a fitness gym, full-size swimming pool, function and conference rooms, and a helipad.

Hotel101-Davao will add to the brand’s growing Philippine portfolio, which includes the 518-room Hotel101-Manila and the 606-room Hotel101-Fort. The company said both properties continue to record high occupancy levels.

The opening also follows the March 2026 launch of Hotel101-Madrid, the first Hotel101-branded property to operate outside the Philippines.

In 2026, Hotel101 expects to open a total of 2,229 additional rooms. Aside from Madrid and Davao, these include a 548-room property in Cebu and the 482-room Hotel101-Niseko in Hokkaido, Japan, scheduled to open in December.

Hotel101 also marked milestones as the first Filipino company with a subsidiary listed on the US Nasdaq in 2025 and the first Filipino hotel chain brand to operate overseas in 2026.

With Hotel101-Davao, the brand strengthens its presence in Mindanao while advancing its goal of building a globally recognized Filipino hospitality brand.
