Philippines, June 2026—Advocating for accessible and sustainable quality education in the country, J&T Express Philippines participated in the annual Brigada Eskwela campaign of the Department of Education (DepEd) across multiple regions, namely Region IV-A (CALABARZON), Region V (Bicol), Region VII (Central Visayas), Region VIII (Eastern Visayas), and Region XI (Davao).
Beyond academic support, J&T Express prioritizes the health and safety of students as a fundamental component of holistic learning. At Anislag National High School in Daraga, Albay, they distributed first aid kits and face masks to 50 classrooms in collaboration with the Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center and the Emergency Health Unit of Daraga.
Capping off this year’s Brigada Eskwela, J&T Express Philippines donated cement and paint to support the rehabilitation of the Paliparan Elementary School facilities in Dasmariñas City, Cavite. In addition to external partnership activities, J&T’s employees organized a book donation drive to provide students with reading materials and educational resources.
In choosing to support Brigada Eskwela initiatives annually, J&T Express Philippines believes that the holistic education of young Filipino learners and the conducive facilities around them are essential to their personal growth and development. The company underscores its duty to empower the students of today to build a brighter tomorrow, marking its immense privilege to give back to the very communities that sustain them.
