President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney on July 2, 2026 (July 3 in Manila) visits Jollibee inn Vancouver, highlighting the popular Filipino fast-food chain's growing global presence. Marcos and Carney made a brief stop at Jollibee on 833 Granville Street in downtown Vancouver following their bilateral meeting at the Vancouver Convention Center. The two leaders made an order, posed with the Jollibee mascot, and interacted with staff and customers. The Jollibee branch, which opened in March 2022, is the first Jollibee in Vancouver.  It is also the flagship store in the Province of British Columbia and the 23rd store in Canada.
