MEDICARD Philippines, the health arm of AIA Philippines, has enhanced its LiveWell Lifestyle Management Program to help members manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease. Developed with Singapore-based Amplify Health, the program is powered by the AMPED app, which connects members with doctors, nutritionists, coaches, and support services.

“LiveWell is designed to give MediCard members timely, personalized support whenever they need it,” said MediCard CEO Julian Mengual.

The program offers video consultations, unlimited text-based coaching, access to dietitians, AI-powered meal logging, activity and sleep tracking, personalized goals, and progress reports. All coaches are based in the Philippines and provide support in English and Filipino.

Registered Dietitian Emma Perida said patients stay committed through clear goals, regular follow-ups, and continuous support. Dr. Mary Joanne Ramos, MediCard’s head of Medical Governance and Capability, emphasized that lasting health improvements depend on continuous effort, consistent habits, and complete adherence to treatment.

Following its launch through the “LiveWell Expedition,” the program is being introduced nationwide through corporate roadshows. LiveWell is exclusively available to MediCard members as part of their healthcare benefits, providing personalized guidance toward long-term wellness.
