GLOBAL water technology company LIXIL, headline sponsor of the International Property Awards (IPA), hosted a thanksgiving dinner and awarding ceremony at Electric Garden to recognize Philippine winners of the Asia Pacific Property & Hotel Awards 2026–2027.
With the theme "Building tomorrow: Honoring excellence in Philippine development," the event celebrated achievements in architecture, development, and interior design while bringing together leading property developers to exchange insights and promote innovation, sustainability, and design excellence.
LIXIL also showcased its latest water technologies, including GROHE's sustainability initiatives and American Standard's Wizflo and Supasleek collections, demonstrating solutions for premium, eco-efficient developments.
The awarding ceremony was led by LIXIL executives Audrey Yeo, Jorim Sampayan, and Hermie Limbo. Among the recognized developers were Landco Pacific Corporation, Arthaland, Avida Land, Federal Land NRE Global Inc., Filinvest Land Inc., Italpinas, LPPA Design Group/Taft Properties, RE/MAX Philippines, Shang Properties, SM Development Corporation, and White Jacket Pte Ltd.
