Condo masonry worker killed in freak accident

CEBU CITY — A galvanized iron pipe fell from the 22nd floor of a condominium tower and struck a worker on the eighth floor, killing him instantly.

The freak accident forced Cebu City Hall to shut down operations at two towers in the City Clou complex in Barangay Zapatera.
