Blackwater signs third pick Panopio

(UPDATE) BLACKWATER secured two important building blocks in the franchise’s quest for playoff relevance after signing up third overall rookie pick Dalph Panopio, along with young big man Christian David on Friday.

Panopio signed a three-year rookie deal, while David, the 6-foot-6 big man out of Butler, inked a fresh teo-year pact.
