2,993 families evacuated in Zambales due to Uwan

IBA, Zambales — A total of 2,993 families, equivalent to 8,441 individuals, were evacuated from the 13 municipalities of Zambales, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) said on Monday.

Zambales Gov. Hermogenes Ebdane Jr. oversaw the operations from the command center and assisted by Zambales Provincial Engineering and Infrastructure Consultant Domingo Mariano.
