Haus Talk raises P1.8B from bond offer

The offering consisted of a base size of P1 billion and an oversubscription option of up to another P1 billion. The offer period ran from March 2 to 6.

The company said the final amount raised was P1.8 billion from three-year Series A bonds worth P260.02 million and five-year Series B bonds worth about P1.54 billion.
