Father’s Day celebrations in Newport World Resorts extend across the month of June, with a range of dining experiences offered at hotels and restaurants within a large integrated resort complex. The lineup includes set menus, buffets, specialty cocktails and takeaway desserts across more than 70 outlets, with offerings scheduled through June 21 and selected extensions beyond the date.

At Casa Buenas, Father’s Day is marked on June 21 with a set menu titled “Hapag ni Itay.” The meal begins with assorted starters including okoy, laing panipuri and talaba, followed by tuna panga sa tinola. The main course features sous vide beef steak Tagalog with seafood aligue fried rice, while dessert is a banana, muscovado and coconut-based dish. At Ginzadon, a Father’s Day special salmon teriyaki set is available until June 21. The set includes grilled salmon with lemon garlic butter sauce, rice, soup, sides and dessert. Meanwhile, Happy 8 offers a dim sum buffet promotion. Reservations are made through the same contact channels.

At Garden Wing Café, a Father’s Day dessert selection titled “Dad’s Sweet Side” is available for takeaway. Items include The Patriarch Reserve whole cake, The Craftsman Chocolate Collection, the After Dinner Chocolate Cigar and the Midnight Gentleman Cupcake.

At Yawaragi of Hotel Okura Manila, Father’s Day is observed on June 21 with a hearty buffet. The spread includes Dijon-herbed roasted Sher wagyu A5 Japanese chuck eye roll, rice straw-smoked Sher wagyu A5 Japanese rump steak, kombucha salmon Wellington and snapper fillet papillote. Fathers dining on the day receive a cocktail and an engraved Tamnavulin whisky glass.

A pastry selection titled “Yawaragi Pastry Boutique” runs until today, June 21, featuring Bourbon Caramel Coffee Crunch Cake and Boozy Chocolate Bars in almond liqueur, rum coffee and bourbon hazelnut variants.

At Kusina Sea Kitchens, the Father’s Day buffet includes butter-aged ribeye steak, lobster thermidor, seafood paella and a seafood medley, alongside desserts such as Baileys Timepiece Cake and Tie and Coffee Cake. A raffle draw includes items such as a charcoal griller and meat package.

At Oori Korean Restaurant, a Father’s Day set called Dad’s Signature Treat includes unlimited premium barbecue and a soju cocktail.

At Manila Marriott Hotel, a month-long “Dad of Steel” campaign features several dining promotions. At CRU Steakhouse, guests are offered premium cuts and steakhouse specialties. The Marriott Café presents “Brewer’s Feast,” a Friday buffet featuring beer-infused dishes and international selections.

At Yamazato, dining guests on June 21 who order Father’s Day sets receive a cocktail, engraved whisky glass and an additional gift. Menu options include an obento kaiseki set, a teppan selection, and an omakase sushi experience.

At Sheraton Manila Hotel, “Smoky Sips” is available at The Lounge throughout June from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m., featuring smoked versions of classic cocktails.

Finally, at Port Bar, Father’s Day cocktails for June include gin, whisky and mezcal-based drinks. At Madison Lounge & Bar, offerings include a butterscotch coffee and Baileys-based cake.
